LIMITED MAINTENANCE LIVING
A monthly HOA assessment provides for the limited maintenance living that is a real advantage for GEV residents.
These funds are held in 2 accounts.
The Operational Fund is the yearly budget that provides for the day to day functions of the community, including trash removal, snow removal, lawn and landscape care, scheduled house painting, and roof and concrete maintenance. Since we own our streets, this fund also is used for street improvement and repair.
The Reserve account handles replacement of items as they become obsolete or as they wear out due to their life expectancy. No special assessments have been needed in the history of GEV.
